Partnering with Organizations to Develop a Successful Recruiting Strategy

Many organizations have enjoyed great success in attracting Yale talent as a result of participating in the Office of Career Strategy's robust On-Campus Recruiting Program (OCR). Our office partners closely with organizations to develop a successful recruiting strategy and to assist you in fulfilling your hiring goals.  

Tip: OCR is available for employers seeking to interview and meet with students from Yale College, the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences and postdoctoral scholars.

Scheduling Interviews

All organizations wishing to recruit on campus are invited to log into Yale Career Link, powered by Symplicity to request an interview date, or call (203) 432-0804 to discuss participating in the On-Campus Recruiting Program.

On-Campus Recruiting Fees

Rooms to conduct first-round interviews are available at the Office of Career Strategy.

Fees for-profit employers:

  • $300 conference room, per room, per day.
  • $200 interview room, per room, per day.
  • Non-Profit organizations, government agencies and educational institutions may participate in the On-Campus Recruiting Program free of charge.
  • Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will take 24-48 hours to be processed.
