Advanced Search: Online Career Resources

There are many online resources that Yale students and graduates can use in their job searches. This searchable database includes resources that OCS staff, Yale students, and Yale alumni have found particularly useful. Individual employer sites are not included, rather this database includes sites with job listings, employer directories, career advice, and links to other useful resources.

Please note that these external sites are neither created nor maintained by Yale’s Office of Career Strategy; therefore, we are not responsible for the content presented therein. Sites are reviewed on an annual basis for relevancy, ease of use, and utility for Yale students and graduates. If you have any comments about the sites, or would like to recommend a new site to include, please contact us.

Search Tips

  • Control/Command + Click to select or deselect multiple options
  • This is an "and" search, meaning that the more filters selected and keywords entered, the less results will be returned (e.g. a search for "Type: Networking" and "Industry: Engineering" will return only results tagged with both)
  • Try the Basic Search for a more concise searching experience

LGBT Financial Aid Go Financial Aid

Financial Aid for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community: In recent years, there has been an increase in the amount of aid available for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. A growing number of organizations have set aside money for LGBT students and sometimes their heterosexual allies to attend college. Many scholarships and grants are available for students involved in LGBT social activism, regardless of sexual orientation; other aid is available for children of LGBT parents. For years, much of this money had gone unclaimed for fear of labels associated with receiving a LGBT scholarship or grant.
