Research at UCLouvain School of Engineering

Following the success of the MIT-UCLouvain student visiting program, the Louvain School of Engineering has sought to broaden its collaboration on the American East Coast to include yet another university of excellence: YALE. This program allows qualified candidates from Yale the opportunity to advance their studies and global competencies with hands-on internship opportunities.

Each summer, students are connected to labs linked to the Louvain School of Engineering in a wide variety of domains ranging from Nano to Data Sciences, to Materials and Civil Engineering or Communication Technologies. Although some students may choose this program to improve their French proficiency, knowledge of French is not a prerequisite to participating in this exchange. For further info, please visit https://uclouvain.be/en/faculties/epl/collaborations-with-yale.html.

Students interested in this opportunity must apply for the Tetelman Fellowship. Please contact Science & Quantitative Reasoning at Yale with questions or for additional information.

Additionally, for this Summer 2021 edition, UCLouvain will have one or two Erasmus International Dimension grants available for Yale students. Further information about this grant opportunity can be obtained by contacting the Louvain School of Engineering’s International Office. You will find more information on Yale Science & Quantitative Reasoning.
