The Office for Graduate Student Development and Diversity (OGSDD) and the Office of Career Strategy (OCS) are excited to announce a new opportunity for PhD students to work in a collaborative role across our offices!  Two McDougal Professional Development Fellows will be engaged to support professional development programs for GSAS students and postdocs.

A key responsibility will be to oversee the administration of the Graduate Professional Experience  (GPE) Fellowship program. In addition, the McDougal Professional Development Fellow will work closely with the OCS and OGSDD teams to develop additional programming and resources aimed at building the professional competencies and expanding the career awareness of GSAS students and postdocs.

If you are interested in gaining experience in project management, program development, and working in a team environment, this position would be a great fit. You will also gain mentorship from experienced administrators and learn about careers in academic administration.
