Graduate students interested in podcasting should consider this summer program led by Nick Forster, lecturer in African American Studies and Film and Media Studies. In the workshop, students will cultivate an idea into the beginnings of a podcast. Concurrently, participants will engage emerging scholarship related to the format.
The workshop takes place over four Zoom sessions in June and July, and counts towards micro-credential option for the Graduate Certificate in the Public Humanities, though all are welcome to apply and participants may choose whether to pursue the certificate after completing the workshop. Participation is limited to eight students, and the deadline for applications is May 17, 2021.
