2025 HSBC Securities Services Graduate Program – Hong Kong

Learn how we connect clients to investment opportunities, keep assets safe, value portfolios and settle transactions. Rotate through a variety of different teams to learn where you’d like to start your career.

We welcome students from all degree disciplines and backgrounds, not just those who’ve studied finance-related degrees or have knowledge of banking.

We’ll help you develop the technical skills most relevant to your role. We’ll also provide plenty of opportunities to advance your non-technical skills, like relationship management and collaboration, that will help you move your career forward successfully.

This Program is suitable for final-year students or recent graduates who can work full-time from July 2025 onwards.

Applications close on 16 December 2024, but we encourage you to apply as soon as possible as we recruit on a rolling basis and may close applications before the advertised date once vacancies are filled.
