BCG Advanced Degree Candidates (ADC)

The BCG ADC website continues to be the best initial resource for candidates that are interested in learning more about consulting and BCG. While some areas of our website are still being updated for the season, students can find information on:

Students who register to engage with BCG via Accelerate will have access to additional resources such as interview prep materials, information on our office locations, and more.

Upcoming Opportunities for ADCs

  1. BCG Accelerate – A tailored virtual info series for advanced degree candidates that allows them to explore a career as a BCG consultant. This is not a competitive process and is open to all ADCs. Registration will open up the week of February 10. Sessions will begin the last week of February and end by March 21st.
  2. Coffee Chats – An opportunity to meet virtually with a current consultant at BCG in a 1:1 setting. Click the links for details on registration for March 7 – RSVP and March 14 – RSVP
  3. Bridge to BCG – An application-based workshop paired with the opportunity to interview for a full-time position. The application opens February 18 and the deadline is March 24th.

Application Components: 

  • Online application form
  • Resume (cover letter is optional) 
  • CCA: Consulting Career Assessment– Applicants will receive more information about completing the assessment after they apply. They will be provided with a 24 hour window to complete the 30 minute program. 
  • One way video interview – Applicants will receive more information about completing the video interview after they apply.

Interviews: 

  • First round interview: Online case + case interview with a BCGer (Zoom) – Following the first round of interviews, applicants will be invited to participate in Bridge to BCG. The Bridge workshop will take place in late May.
  • Final round interviews: Two back-to-back case interviews with BCGers (Zoom) – To take place after Bridge to BCG.
