Stay Informed
- Visit the website and subscribe to the newsletters of the Partnership for Public Service, including their Center for Presidential Transition. They are a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization whose mission is to inspire a new generation of civil servants and to support the federal workforce with great resources such as their Federal Internship Finder.
- Follow Max Stier (YC ’87), President and CEO of the Partnership for Public Service, on LinkedIn.
- Continue to follow federal agencies and departments of interest by visiting their websites, subscribing to available newsletters, and through their social media including LinkedIn.
Consider State and Local Government
- Click here to read an article by NEOGOV, the parent company of GovernmentJobs.com, regarding how state and local governments are continuing to hire.
- Visit and follow the hiring websites of state and local governments, as well as their respective departments and agencies for available opportunities (e.g. New York City; State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management).
- Identify and network with state/local government professionals through resources such as Leadership Connect and the local Yale Alumni Club to gain insight and advice.
