Aggregate Films produced five seasons of the award-winning, drama series “Ozark” for Netflix for which Bateman also won the Emmy for Best Director; “Under the Banner of Heaven” for FX; “A Teacher,” starring Kate Mara and Nick Robinson for FX/Hulu; and “The Outsider” on HBO, starring Ben Mendelson and Cynthia Erivo.
Recent television includes the Apple TV+ limited series “Lessons in Chemistry” starring Brie Larson and “Based on a True Story” with stars Kaley Cuoco and Chris Messina for Peacock, which recently wrapped production on its second season; and the first foray into unscripted television with the reality competition series “Outlast,” which just had its second season premiere on Netflix.
In film, Aggregate produced the hit Netflix film YOUR PLACE OR MINE starring Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher, and HITMAN, starring Glen Powell and directed by Richard Linklater for Netflix. Next for Aggregate Films is feature film HELL OF A SUMMER, directed and written by Billy Bryk and Finn Wolfhard, that will debut with Neon summer 2025. Next in TV for Aggregate is the limited series “Black Rabbit” with Jason Bateman to star and direct alongside Jude Law. On the unscripted side, upcoming features include one documentary at Netflix with filmmaker Liz Garbus, another with David Casey, and another with director Floyd Russ.
Position Description:
Aggregate Films is seeking motivated, enthusiastic interns to join our development team this summer semester. We seek skilled writers who are eager to read new material and learn about the development process. The position will consist of reading scripts, books, pilots, and other material, researching original projects, and contributing to various stages of the development process, and include opportunities to learn first-hand from executives across film, TV, and unscripted departments. Previous coverage experience is highly preferred. This internship is unpaid and for school credit. We ask for a 2 days a week minimum commitment with the option to work fully remote or a hybrid of remote/in-office (1-2 days).

We are also seeking 1-2 interns to assist specifically in the unscripted department. Responsibilities will include similar development and coverage duties, but also opportunities for more detailed research in nonfiction formats. If interested, please specify in your application.
