Position Summary
The Clinical & Administrative Care Associate is a dynamic, hybrid role at the heart of the Enrich Health experience. This individual supports both patient care and operational workflows, helping to ensure that every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a growing, mission-driven startup.
Schedule & Work Location
Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Part-time team members must commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week. Salary is $20/hour. Work sites include Hamden and Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Qualifications
– Work experience required; healthcare or related experience is a plus but not required – Strong organizational and multitasking skills – Ability to learn EMR systems – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Clinical certifications are a plus but not required
Clinical Responsibilities
– Prepare patients for examinations – Assist clinicians with procedures – Perform basic lab tests (if certified)
– Provide patient education – Maintain exam rooms – Support group medical visits – Document in EMR
Administrative Responsibilities
– Schedule appointments and referrals – Maintain patient records – Verify insurance and demographics – Answer phones and patient inquiries – Manage supplies – Complete forms such as FMLA
– Coordinate group medical visits
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
