Molly Grun

Molly Grun is a sixth-year PhD student in Biomedical Engineering. Her research involves using innovative biomaterials to facilitate gene therapy in mucosal tissues. At Yale, Molly has been active in the graduate Society of Women Engineers, where she has organized a variety of professional development, outreach, and diversity events. As an undergraduate at Northwestern University, she participated in Northwestern’s engineering co-op program, which allowed her to work at General Electric between coursework. Molly is an avid reader, enthusiastic plant propagator, and amateur rye bread baker.
