Stephanie joined the Office of Career Strategy in the spring of 2014 after serving as an Associate Director at Florida State University. She earned a B.A. in Philosophy and English from Flagler College and a M.S. in International Affairs and Conflict Studies from Florida State University. At Yale’s Office of Career Strategy, Stephanie founded the Designing Your Career @ Yale program, develops and implements office-wide programs including ‘Animated Advice’ videos, and supports students who are seeking internships and post-graduate employment in all industries. As part of the Common Good & Creative Careers Team, Stephanie focuses on Government and Education advising and programming. She also serves as the Yale University coordinator for the Workforce Recruitment Program, supporting students with disabilities who desire to work in the federal government. With a mission to put students first, Stephanie guides Yalies as they identify the ways in which they plan to contribute to the world. Stephanie is a member of NACE, Yale University representative for the AAUW, and during her free time, she enjoys playing designer board games, exercising, and traveling.
