Yale’s Office of Career Strategy is positioned to support students with disabilities as they pursue career opportunities that align with their professional goals. With specialized programming, resources, and advice, OCS advisors can guide students through the process of securing positions.

Yale’s Student Accessibility Services is the key Yale campus resource for students with disabilities.

Some employers may offer diversity recruitment programs aimed to address gaps in the workforce, and students are encouraged to research those programs to learn more.
