Yale Signature Career Fair (Invite‑Only)
Early Career Networking Fair
September 9, 2026 | New Haven, CT (Yale campus area)
The Early Career Networking Fair is Yale’s invitation‑only, on‑campus recruiting event for boutique employers and specialized teams across consulting, finance/quant, STEM, and Common Good & Creative Careers. Employers engage Yale College undergraduates, GSAS master’s and PhD students, and postdoctoral scholars through focused 1:1 conversations, with tables grouped by industry area to support relevant connections. Employers may participate whether or not they have active job postings.
Consortium & Multi‑School Recruiting Events
In addition to Yale‑hosted events, Yale participates in a select number of consortium‑style recruiting events that bring together students from multiple peer institutions. These events allow employers to engage a diverse, high‑caliber talent pool efficiently while focusing on specific industries or career interests.
Engineering Career Fair Collaborative
November 13, 2026 | Boston, MA
A multi‑institution, in‑person engineering career fair hosted in collaboration with Harvard, MIT, Tufts University, Boston University, Olin College, and Yale. Employers engage undergraduate and graduate students seeking roles in mechanical, environmental, electrical, chemical, and biomedical engineering and related applied engineering fields.

Life Sciences & Biotech Career Fair
