Partnering with Organizations to Develop a Successful Recruiting Strategy

Many organizations have enjoyed great success in attracting Yale talent as a result of participating in the Office of Career Strategy's robust On-Campus Recruiting Program (OCR). Our office partners closely with organizations to develop a successful recruiting strategy and to assist you in fulfilling your hiring goals.

Tip: OCR is available for employers seeking to interview and meet with students from Yale College, the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences and postdoctoral scholars.

Accordingly, the Service works diligently to inform all students of employment opportunities and to bring to their attention the materials submitted by employers outlining affirmative action hiring practices. Potential employers who interview at Yale are required to maintain non-discriminatory scheduling and interview practices on campus.
