EcoSwell is a multiple award-winning for impact non-profit based in Peru, focused on developing poor communities sustainably. They work with world-class universities and volunteer interns in designing and implementing sustainability projects in the fields of renewable energy, nature conservation & reforestation, water & sanitation, gender equality, and public health. They offer online and in-person volunteer internships in these fields and in NGO Management as part of their program. EcoSwell’s volunteer internships have been described as transformational and life-altering by previous participants who have moved on to obtain jobs in top firms, create their own organizations, and win various prizes. To find out more attend this talk given by Michael Alderson, EcoSwell co-founder, and Director of Outreach and International Operations.
For every volunteer intern that joins their program, EcoSwell will be able to sponsor a vulnerable family heavily impacted by COVID19 with food. In appreciation, the family will adopt and plant a tree with EcoSwell’s help in the name of the volunteer intern.
There is a fee to participate in this internship program.
