Join this conversation with nonprofit consultant Dr. Ellen Babby (PhD, Yale) to learn how to leverage your humanities or social science PhD to start a career in the nonprofit sector. Dr. Babby has 35 years of experience in non-profit
executive management. She has served as Vice President, Advancement, Planning and Strategic Alliances at the American Council on Education (ACE) and launched her own consulting firm and that provides strategic advice to a broad range of
nonprofit organizations, including the American Council on Education, Council of Graduate Schools, Association of American Law Schools, and National Association of College Admission Counseling. Learn how Dr. Babby went from PhD to the nonprofit world, job opportunities in the industry, how to articulate your academic skills to employers, and have an opportunity to ask questions.
