Who's The Impostor? Impostor Syndrome, Why it Occurs & How It Can be Defeated (Master's Students)

Impostor Syndrome is an all-too common phenomenon where an individual doubts their skills, talents and accomplishments. This leads to a fear that the individual will be found out at any moment, and exposed for a “fraud” that is actually incompetent and isn’t the expert others think they are.

Come join Patricia Figueroa, former Fortune 500 recruiter, in this conversational-style workshop, where we will dive into the different types of impostor syndrome, the various ways the syndrome manifests itself and what can be done to combat it.

A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants prior to the day of the workshop.
