Have you ever been asked a tricky interview question before?
“Tell me about a time where you had to be creative to solve a problem.”
“Tell me about a time when you made a mistake. What did you do to correct it?”
“Tell me about a time when you had multiple competing deadlines. How did you manage your time and prioritize your work?”
The above examples were all behavioral interview questions. Hiring managers ask candidates these questions to gain specific answers about past situational experience and behavior.
Want to learn how to answer them? Come join Patricia Figueroa, former Fortune 500 recruiter, as she reviews the most common (and less common!) behavioral interview questions and the best way to answer them.
A Zoom link will be emailed to all registrants prior to the day of the workshop.
