BCG Case Workshop
Before BCG consultants can solve clients’ complex problems, they must define what those problems are and think through how to tackle them. This session will help you focus on the key issues outlined in a real BCG case, establish a relevant framework for solving them, and identify the analyses you might perform to reach a solution.
