Yale Biotech Club 2026 Bioinvestment & Venture Capital Program

The Yale Biotech Club is excited to announce the 2026 Bioinvestment & Venture Capital Program. 

Open to all Yale affiliates (current undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, staff, postdoc), this program is designed to give an introduction to the field of biotechnology investment and acquire the knowledge of how to break into the industry. Kicking off on January 15th, this program consists of a didactic in-person lecture series led by industry experts (see below for lecture list). Lectures will be 45-60 min long, followed by a 15 min Q+A session and a 15-30 min networking opportunity.

Session 5: Strategic Growth & Exit Pathways Featuring Ranjit Bindra, MD PhD; Professor at Yale, Serial Biotech Entrepreneur. 
Monday, February 23, 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
​Session Goal: Examine exit pathways:  licensing deals, IPOs, and M&A and understand how exit strategies shape VC returns and company strategy.
