About Ryan
Ryan MacInnis works on the most complex business problems at the intersection of technology and trust. Beginning his career as a sports journalist at the Boston Globe, he has married his background in storytelling and communication with deep expertise in responsible AI, privacy, and marketing to work on the most consequential challenges at Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and the U.S. Department of State.
Beyond his work experience, Ryan serves as a mentor at TSAI City, and as an Industry Affiliate at Brown University’s Center for Technological Responsibility, Re-Imagination, and Redesign. He is passionate about helping students navigate their careers and find unexpected paths into the fields they care about.
Ryan holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business, and a B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
