The Insight program is a two-day workshop introducing careers in management consulting. Participants collaborate on a mock McKinsey case, connect with peers and consultants, and learn about the path to becoming a full-time Associate. Open to advanced degree candidates (PhD, MD, JD, postdocs, nursing, PharmD, and non-MBA master’s students) from all academic backgrounds.

The Office of Career Strategy works with students and alums of Yale College and Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences as well as Yale postdoctoral scholars from all disciplines. The Office of Career Strategy advisors help students, alums, and postdocs to clarify career aspirations, identify opportunities, and offer support at every stage of career development.
