Online Career Resources

You are here

There are many online resources that Yale students and graduates can use in their job searches. This searchable database includes resources that OCS staff, Yale students, and Yale alums have found particularly useful. Individual employer sites are not included, rather this database includes sites with job listings, employer directories, career advice, and links to other useful resources.

Please note that these external sites are neither created nor maintained by Yale’s Office of Career Strategy; therefore, Yale is not responsible for the content presented therein. Sites are reviewed on an annual basis for relevancy, ease of use, and utility for Yale students and graduates. If you have any comments about the sites, or would like to recommend a new site to include, please contact us.

Tip: Search Tips

  • Control/Command + Click to select or deselect multiple options
  • This is an "and" search, meaning that the more filters selected and keywords entered, the less results will be returned (e.g. a search for "Type: Networking" and "Industry: Engineering" will return only results tagged with both)
  • Try the Advanced Search to expose more career industries and search parameters

Physicians for Human Rights

For nearly 30 years, Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) has used science and medicine to document and call attention to mass atrocities and severe human rights violations. A Nobel Peace Prize co-laureate, PHR is a global organization founded on the idea that health professionals, with their specialized skills, ethical duties, and credible voices, are uniquely positioned to stop human rights violations. PHR’s investigations and expertise are used to advocate for the protection of persecuted health workers and medical facilities under attack, prevent torture, document mass atrocities, and hold those who violate human rights accountable. PHR is poised for even greater growth and impact. As part of that strategy, we are very excited to be recruiting committed activists with a passion for human rights. Our headquarters are located in New York City, and we maintain offices in Washington, DC and in Boston.

A positive preschool experience can have a lasting effect on a child that can be seen throughout their school years, and even into adulthood. Early childhood educators have a unique responsibility that comes with being the first teachers that young children come into contact with outside of the home. This puts them in a position to positively influence a young student’s attitudes toward school and learning, and to help instill positive habits that last a lifetime. The wide availability of state-funded preschool programs has helped ensure that nearly all children in America today have access to a safe, nurturing and supportive environment in which to learn during the early stages of development. With a special appreciation for the importance of early childhood education, was created to offer aspiring early childhood educators a source of free information when researching state licensing requirements, teacher preparation programs, salary expectations, continuing education requirements, and advanced degree options.
