Individual Employer Events: There are many ways to attract the attention of Yale students. Employer events may include company presentations/information sessions, coffee chats, and office hours (both virtual and in-person). For the best outcomes and timing considerations, refer to the campus recruiting calendar, and please connect with Elizabeth Keane, Recruiting Coordinator, to confirm event dates.
Once you have a confirmed date, please submit your event details within the ‘Events’ section (link on lower right hand side) of your organization’s homepage in Yale Career Link. Employers are responsible for securing a venue in New Haven for in-person events and including the location information with your event description in Yale Career Link.
For your convenience, a list of meeting spaces and cafes close to campus is provided below. Employers who are meeting with a student club may ask the student leaders about alternate meeting spaces. Priority for Yale’s classroom and other spaces is given to teaching purposes.
