This is a hands-on service role where you will support individuals and families from diverse backgrounds as they visit A Wider Circle to select furniture, baby items, and professional clothing through our Essential Support Program. You will conduct confidential intake sessions, guide clients through the appointment process, input data, and handle a high volume of phone calls. Additionally, you may assist with special projects and attend off-site events when needed. Please note, the role involves working in both a warehouse and an office setting, with extended periods of sitting and walking.
A stipend will be provided by the Yale Alumni Community Service Funded Internship (YACSF) program.
