Search, evaluate licensing and acquisition opportunities globally and manage potential partner relationship. Assist the implementation of overall external collaboration strategies of the company.
Scout and evaluate potential licensing and acquisition projects, assist Director of Strategic Collaboration to organize meetings, execute CDA with potential partners, and to build a network with external local and global biotech and pharmaceutical companies;
Assist Director of Strategic Collaboration to organize internal cross-functional scientific team meetings for due diligence and negotiations meetings for partnering projects;
Develop a strong working relationship with the company’s legal team, outside legal counsels and the R&D team to assist project evaluations, due diligence process, and business negotiations;
Assist Director of Strategic Collaboration in developing the company’s external partnership strategies and enable high-quality collaborations, including but not limited to arranging business calls and on-site visits, providing timely responses to potential partners, attending external and internal business meetings and recording meeting minutes, and preparing, updating and presenting corporate and program slide decks, etc.;
Report to Director, Strategic Collaboration
M.A. or Ph.D. in life sciences；
Previous working and/or internship experience is not required, but a basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development is preferred；
Scientific curiosity and strategical thinking, able to interact with scientific and executive teams of potential partners;
Superior written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese；
Proactive and collaborative, organized and detail-oriented , strong problem-solving skills.
