As one of our Investment Product Management Associates (IPM Associate), you’ll work with our IPM Analyst to pull, analyze, and interpret key investment strategy attributes and statistics for Capital’s offerings as well as those of competitors. You’ll learn to leverage industry publications, industry databases, internal proprietary databases and additional systems and internal resources as needed to compile research (e.g., Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Bloomberg, Aladdin).

Together with the IPM Analyst you will ensure requests that come into the group’s email box are handled appropriately and timely. You will also work with them to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis related to our distribution team and ad hoc projects and requests from Specialists and Managers as they position and advocate for Capital’s investment strategies both internally and externally.

  • You have strong interest in investments, capital markets, investment products, solutions, and portfolio construction
  • You have demonstratable analytical skills with the ability to develop recommendations and support assertions with relevant quantitative and qualitative data
  • Demonstrable intellectual curiosity coupled with proactive steps taken in school or the workplace to explore such curiosity
  • You have effective written and oral communication skills, adaptable to various audiences, including senior business leaders
  • You have a bachelor’s degree along with a desire to pursue the CFA designation, or acquire similar financial acumen.
