As a Founding Engineer, you will ship end-to-end products, own features from idea to production, and shape the product, tech, and culture alongside the founders. You will hunt for non-obvious signals that predict new construction and build them into our prediction layer. You will talk directly to the clients who built the skyline. We work in person in New York. $150k-$250k salary plus founding engineer equity.
