Citi’s Women’s Mentorship Program (WMP) selects women from liberal arts backgrounds and helps
them prepare for interviews in Sales and Trading. Each woman is assigned a junior and senior
mentor who work closely with them on interview prep, markets knowledge, and networking. *Please

Our Sales & Trading Analyst Program is unlike any other on Wall Street. It is a highly competitive
and selective program that gives you the opportunity to actively participate in the research, trading
and marketing of securities to our institutional client base. In addition, as a Summer Analyst, you
will be given the opportunity to rotate across both product and function, to a gain a well-rounded
experience over your 10 weeks.
We want to hear from you if…
You currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (graduating in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023)
You are creative in solving problems and are intellectually curious, hard-working, diligent &
detail-oriented, enthusiastic, quick-thinking
You are able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, confident, comfortable with clients and
articulate in oral and written communication

Office of Career Strategy

The Office of Career Strategy works with students and alums of Yale College and Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences as well as Yale postdoctoral scholars from all disciplines. The Office of Career Strategy advisors help students, alums, and postdocs to clarify career aspirations, identify opportunities, and offer support at every stage of career development. Services offered by the Office of Career Strategy for Masters and Ph.D. students are part of a suite of resources supported by the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences to foster professional and career development. Career support for undergraduates is a part of a collection of support offered by the Center for International & Professional Experience.
