This is a full-time, Hybrid, Multifamily and Student Housing Real Estate Analyst role based in New York, NY. The analyst will support underwriting of multifamily and student housing acquisitions and investments, including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and scenario testing.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing property operations, supporting due diligence efforts, preparing investment memoranda, and assisting with business plans for value-add and distressed opportunities. The role will collaborate closely with senior team members to evaluate investment risks and returns, track portfolio performance, and maintain data and reporting for existing assets.
The analyst will also help prepare materials for internal investment committees and external stakeholders, ensuring analyses are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated.
