WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an Associate Consultant at Curinos you will take on real responsibility and be exposed to a diverse set of teams that collaborate to deliver solutions to clients. You will work across different subject areas and functional domains, developing a well-rounded skillset suitable for a wide range of career paths. You can expect to:
- Create impactful client deliverables for our clients (Large US and Canadian financial institutions, brokerages, private equity firms), solving their most urgent and challenging problems
- Solve complex business challenges through research, data analysis using Excel and SQL, and structured problem-solving
- Own and execute analyses independently, transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and deepen your industry expertise
- Build expertise in financial services and analytics, gaining exposure to industry trends, client challenges, and leading decision-support tools
- Take ownership of your work and professional growth, continuously developing your technical, analytical, and storytelling skills
- Develop through Curinos’ apprenticeship-based model, learning directly from experienced consultants while taking on increasing responsibility and ownership from day one
- Lead discrete workstreams early in your career and, as you grow, develop the skills and experience to manage project teams and mentor junior colleagues
