End Citizens United and Let America Vote seek a highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated individual for a remote Summer Semester Finance and Compliance Internship, with a potential to be located at our DC Navy Yard office.
The Finance/Compliance Intern will assist a small, collaborative team with responsibilities including donor outreach, research, FEC compliance regulations, and administrative support. The intern will be a vital part of the team as we navigate a Democratic trifecta poised to pass legislation for systemic change in our democracy. Interns will have the opportunity to learn a variety of skills directly from campaign finance professionals while also being involved in a high-quality intern development program.
Previous experience in electoral politics is preferred, but not required. Applicants should have a background in political science or finance, database experience (NGP/VAN or ActBlue preferred), and a commitment to End Citizens United and Let America Vote’s mission.
Interns have unique opportunities to interact directly with and receive professional guidance from all members of the organization and will gain experience in grassroots fundraising, compliance regulations, and progressive campaigning.
