The Associate on the Search & Selection team will prepare and polish high-quality, value-add written business profiles on entrepreneur candidates progressing through Endeavor’s Selection Process. This role will also focus on research and analysis of trends and pipelines of entrepreneurial activity across Endeavor’s markets.
*Develop final business profiles for candidates at the International Selection Panel stage (3-4/month, ~10 pages each)
*Keep the bar high – Review and edit others’ profiles for superior quality and consistency
*Study global markets – Help identify strong entrepreneurial candidates to feed into the candidate pipeline
*Support – Work with Selection Manager and other teams on key projects including monthly Selection Panels and strategic initiatives (operational, product/tech, data, etc.)
