Job Description: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst
An established transactional insurance company is looking for a candidate to fill a full-time M&A Analyst role in our New York office. The M&A Analyst will work directly with the company’s underwriting team, who evaluate businesses across many industries and are recognized leaders in transactional insurance. The position will provide in-depth exposure to M&A and the insurance industry in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities will include:
· Analyzing mergers and acquisitions, including reviewing financial statements, business background information and purchase agreements
· Managing a consistent stream of deal opportunities that contemplate the use of insurance
· Preparing quotes and policies for insurance of mergers and acquisitions
· Developing marketing materials and presentations
· Coordinating and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers and clients
Work: Full-time. Remote start with a possible return to office late 2021.
