Welcome to Experience Lab at Penn!

We are a post-college program that teaches skills in trending jobs such as Digital Marketing and Business Development, then places you in a fast-growing start-up for three months. 

Here’s how Experience Lab at Penn works:

The first half of the program is designed to build technical skills while also developing a better sense of the mindsets and abilities you need to launch your career. The second half of the curriculum is focused on helping you gain real work experience by working full-time with a global startup for three months. Upon completing the program, our community of instructors and companies works with each fellow to navigate their next career step.
