Douglass Project Fellows will work in collaborative teams to provide fundraising, program development and implementation, and administrative support to the Frederick Douglass Project for Justice.

The position is part-time (20 hours per week during the summer months) and can be done remotely. The schedule is flexible and will be agreed upon on a weekly basis, according to the needs of the Douglass Project.

Douglass Project Fellows will be 1099 staff; as such, the Douglass Project will not withhold any taxes on behalf of the employee.
