Douglass Project Fellows will work in collaborative teams to provide fundraising, program development and implementation, and administrative support to the Frederick Douglass Project for Justice.
Douglass Project Fellows are diverse, engaged, and curious early-career professionals and college students who are committed to using their intellect, lived experience, and passion to work with the Douglass Project to build a more just, compassionate, and equitable society.
Cohorts of 5-6 Fellows will serve for a full year, starting in May/June and continuing through the following April/May. Fellows will work closely with the organization during the summer months (20-hours per week of service is expected) then throughout the academic year on project-based assignments.
