Entry Level Project Management Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Part of team which manages Project Life cycle on turnkey basis with full accountability per PMI Standards

·        Engages with diverse set of stakeholders to address their needs and Program level Milestones

·        Contributes and Implements the project management best practices

·        Provides project management reporting communication (written/Oral) to client and internal stakeholders with help of Microsoft tools/ project management tools

·        tracking project schedule, drive dependencies and tracking Project level task through PMI based Project Management (OR/AND) Agile Project Management methodologies

·        Monitors the progress of project/program and contractual deliverables

·        Supporting larger project team to track and report project/program scope, effort estimation, project budget tracking, quality tollgates and risk & quality metrics of given Project. ( basic Level)

·        Responsible for tracking contractual and project milestones, billing on project deliverables

·        creating POVs/ project level analysis through secondary research /data detailing.

·        Working on global projects, eliciting business requirements for translation and simplification

 

Work Locations

·        Base Locations: Cary, NC/Frisco, TX

·        Project Locations: Client locations across United States on Short- or Long-term assignment.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.

Office of Career Strategy

The Office of Career Strategy works with students and alums of Yale College and Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences as well as Yale postdoctoral scholars from all disciplines. The Office of Career Strategy advisors help students, alums, and postdocs to clarify career aspirations, identify opportunities, and offer support at every stage of career development. Services offered by the Office of Career Strategy for Masters and Ph.D. students are part of a suite of resources supported by the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences to foster professional and career development. Career support for undergraduates is a part of a collection of support offered by the Center for International & Professional Experience.
