Headquartered in New York City, IPG was founded by Andrew Chung in 2015 and backed by Nan Fung Group, a Hong Kong based global conglomerate with core businesses in property development and investment. The IPG team maintains strong relationships with local owners, specialty operators, brokers and large institutional capital partners. Andrew Chung was a Partner at The Carlyle Group in the U.S. Real Estate Fund. He served as head of the New York office for the Real Estate Fund for 10 years and was responsible for investing $1.2 billion of equity in New York City real estate. Collectively, the IPG team has over 130 years of real estate experience and been involved in more than $1.7 billion of invested equity in New York City real estate through multiple market cycles.
Job Description
Innovo Property Group is seeking a Summer Intern to join its investment team. The investment team oversees both new acquisitions and development opportunities and also actively manages IPG’s prior investments across its platform. Interns will be an integral part of deal teams, involved in all aspects of the underwriting, diligence, and closing of new investments as well as on-going asset management.
