Legal analysts work closely with the firms attorneys in the representation of clients in cases in federal and state courts and in connection with investigations by government agencies. Legal analysts have the opportunity to acquire direct and substantive exposure to complex civil and securities enforcement litigation and are given high levels of responsibility and client contact. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys in preparing papers for filing in court, interviewing witnesses, reviewing and analyzing evidence, conducting research, managing documents and organizing pleadings, correspondence and other records. Compensation is competitive.
