The Summer Associate Graduate Intern Program is a 10+ week program beginning in June 2022 and ends in August 2022. The long-term intention for this program is to hire interns that prove their aptitude into full time roles. To qualify for an internship, applicants must be currently pursuing a graduate or PHD level degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date after the final day of the internship (December 2022 or later).
The CSR Analyst Summer Associate will be embarking on a research project to benchmark our CSR employee programs and develop a business case to recommend changes and/or additions for future consideration.
As a purpose driven not-for-profit credit union, Navy Federal recognizes the value of providing avenues for employees to engage in causes and contribute to their communities. As such, Navy Federal is continuing to grow our corporate social responsibility (CSR) program of work and the programs we offer to our employees that empower them to get involved and engage with causes that matter to them. This role will lead a project that will focus on the next iteration of our employee CSR programs and specifically research employee matching giving programs. The summer associate will work collaboratively with the Manager of CSR and Human Resources to ensure collaboration on the project. The project will include:
• An audit of competitor offerings of matching giving programs (within Fortune 100 companies, large credit unions and financial institutions)
• Research on best practices with matching giving programs; leveraging resources from Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship.
• A comprehensive benefit analysis of a matching giving program.
• Scenario mapping that outlines program structure, budget, etc.
• A detailed recommendation.
