The New York Power Authority is responsible for the oversight and implementation of Smart Street Lighting NY, a statewide program that calls for at least 500,000 street lights throughout the state to be replaced with energy-saving LED technology by 2025. To further support the robust pipeline of communities that participate in Smart Street Lighting NY, NYPA has developed a new Municipal Street Lighting Maintenance Service to help them maintain their systems. The Temp Smart Street Lighting NY Program Analyst will create best practices for program design and implementation, solve program challenges and support end to end operations. Operate multiple street lighting maintenance databases of LED street lighting systems
Issue, track and closeout work orders to contractors.
Manage contracts and invoices for customers and vendors.
Generate customer progress reports on outages, repairs, and emergency response events.
Support the Business Development and Project teams during informational workshops/webinars or attend customer meetings.
Performing quality control through site inspections and customer satisfaction surveys.
Attend and facilitate project kickoff meetings and project closeout meetings to transition from the implementation phase to the maintenance phase.
