Position Summary
Summer interns are expected to work 40 hours per week to provide analytical support to the Research Team. Depending on qualifications, experience, and interest, interns will participate in the following types of activities:
- Ongoing tracking of current economic and legislative developments, news, and trends important to inform the work of the Foundation
- Research and data analysis on relevant policy issues
- Creation of Foundation-generated content for distribution through multiple channels (digital, print, video, appearances, etc.)
Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in a graduate program in public policy or a similar field
- Prior coursework in economics, finance, or public policy is required
- Demonstrate strong research, analytical, writing, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to translate complex information into clear and accessible language
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, and to juggle priorities in a fast changing work environment
