Praxis was founded by Doctor Richard Low, a Yale Med Graduate (’76). It has developed state of the art software used by hundreds of clinics in the United States. It helps doctors save enormous amount of time wasted charting, uses the computer to improve the quality of documentation and the quality of medicine practiced and reduces professional stress. Praxis is a very different type of medical software.
Located in Buenos Aires, where all the software development, sales and support takes is headquartered, this unique small company is perfect for any entrepreneurial type student who wishes to explore the field of international business as a handle to compete effectively in this globalized economy.
Marketing Medical Software
Your responsibilities would involve working with our business group. Your imagination would be empowered to develop new marketing ideas, set up web pages and other marketing material for the US medical market.
You would be working with our CEO and our VP of marketing to learn our approach and help us improve it. You would set up your own hours and work from the comfort of your home via web services.
You will learn about industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor offerings and align product roadmap for differentiation and market leadership.
What we look for
As we like to say, “you are not great because you are going to Yale. You are going to Yale because you are already great! Thus, we are interested in you if you are interested in us. Although you will gain a significant knowledge of Latin America by working with our team members, you will learn how and why this new world has no borders. Spanish is not at all required as our team members speak acceptable English. Still, your knowledge of the USA is paramount to your job within our company.
Praxis is quickly growing in this market and we believe it will take it over. It is a great time for you to be at the building phase.
