As Marketing Lead, you will be the CEO’s right-hand in developing our brand and marketing strategy, as well as executing on key initiatives, managing administrative responsibilities, and cultivating a unique team culture.
You will lead our most critical marketing initiatives and experiments, collecting learnings and iterating along the way. At the same time, you can zoom in and out to solve a problem and understand the difference between a strategy and plan. You have proven experience in driving initiatives from ideation to execution and balancing multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
As a founding team member, you will have direct ownership in scaling the company from an early stage, and you will have unique opportunities to interact with investors, strategic partners, media, and many more stakeholders. Additionally, you enjoy figuring things out for the first time and implementing sweeping improvements.

Lead various marketing initiatives and programs to develop our brand and grow the business
Manage internal and external communications while working with partner agencies
Support the CEO in developing, tracking and implementing strategies around every aspect of company growth and organizational development
Manage day-to-day tactical business operations, including financials (payroll, expenses, and reporting), benefits, compliance, vendors, etc.
Assume ownership of our Board of Director and internal leadership meetings
Create efficient business processes to enable growth and scale
Conduct detailed research and analysis on a wide range of topics
Take on roles we haven’t hired yet

5+ years of experience in marketing (brand, content, and/or growth), management consulting, strategy, project management, and/or business operations in high-growth organizations
Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate strategic initiatives in a fluid environment
Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines and quickly shifting priorities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
Impeccable follow-through, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful
Proficiency in G Suite Applications and Excel
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
