The Project Specialist, Field Optimization manages key activities, timelines, internal and external stakeholders to enable the execution of all tactics defined in the brand’s tactical plan. Proactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies, in order to provide high-quality, strategic partnership to brands with greater speed to market and at a lower cost than agency partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides support for the channel lead on the development and execution of rep-triggered emails via the Veeva CRM platform.
Support the IVA content creation process to deliver consistent content and an optimized user experience for rep detailing efforts.
Support the development and implementation of a Digital Asset Management platform to deliver timely and cost-efficient digital content
Subject Matter Expert for Veeva CRM related tactics regarding MLR submissions, asset development oversight and direction, and deployment.
Facilitates the capture of integrated multichannel tactic requirements including utilization of creative and tactical briefs and business requirement documents.
Bachelor’s Degree in applicable discipline
2+ years’ experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Executional experience in Multi-Channel Marketing
Experience in digital marketing environment
Knowledge of cross channel execution and best practices
Knowledge of Digital Asset Management platforms and autonomy is a plus
