The Bayiiri Network is collectively focused on bridging the gap between Burkina Faso and the Diaspora while exposing its culture and heritage to the masses. We aim to offer a platform that connects, empowers, and promotes Burkina Faso in its entirety. The collective is centered around 5 key pillars; Community Building, Cultural Impact, Economic Empowerment, Mentorship, and Organizational Expansion. We strive to forge a strong community to better ourselves and maintain our cultural ties to our homeland.
The Bayiiri Network is launching a Mentorship Pilot Program which is centered on promoting impactful networking through; resource sharing, proactive coaching, and professional development. One of our key pillars within our collective is mentorship. As we strive to create a streamlined system where resources, job postings, volunteer, and internship opportunities are accessible. We also aim to provide mentorship opportunities to further help the professional and personal development of our community members. We have 4 mentors that have volunteered their time and resources to this program and are currently looking for applicants! Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the end of October.
