The Blackstone Group in New York, NY, seeks a Business Analyst – Infrastructure to be responsible for designing and specifying technical requirements for high-visibility, firm-wide technology initiatives using participatory and iterative design techniques including user interviews, usability testing, and requirements discovery. Projects include: collaborative software, acquisitions, carve-outs, software integrations, video/voice conferencing initiatives, mobility strategy. Effectively communicating research findings, conceptual ideas, and design rationale both verbally and visually. Testing and maintaining systems and iterating on designs based on user feedback, user research, and technology constraints. Discussing, presenting, and documenting designs and design decisions effectively to varied audiences. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.
