Mount Sinai Lymphoma Immunotherapy Program, New York, NY
OPPORTUNITY: funded Post-Doc and Research Associate positions available in the Brody Lab to study mechanisms of anti-tumor immunity in pre-clinical models and early phase clinical trials.
Projects evolve from work described in recent publications (Hammerich et al., 2019 Nature Medicine, Marshall et al., 2019 Cancer Discovery, Upadhyay R, et al., Cancer Discov. 2020) and utilize unique Mount Sinai resources, including cutting edge technology in the U24-funded Immune Monitoring Core:
-high-dimensional and high-throughput Flow Cytometry and Mass Cytometry (CyTOF),
-single cell immune profiling e.g. 10x Genomics Chromium 5′ scRNAseq / TCR αβseq,
-unique immune cell technologies developed in the Brown Lab e.g. Pro-Codes and JEDI mice
The Lab benefits from close collaboration with adjoining labs of world leaders in Cancer Immunology, Gene Therapy, Human Immune Monitoring and Bioinformatics.
REQUIREMENTS: Motivated and enthusiastic individuals with strong background in immunology and technical experience. Must have a PhD or MD degree for Post-Doc position.
