The Education Institute for Early Intervention is a seeking a student interested in learning about special education services with a diverse administrative tasks and research projects as well as interact with an outstanding team.

This position requires at least 10 weekly hours of availability. The person fulfilling this role will be assisting in the institute’s daily needs and tasks. In doing so, this person will be able to assist the institute and its relationship partners.
This position will require an effective communicator and someone that can work to support staff, administrators, and students at the institute. The office assistant will also interact with other offices, employees, and students and must have good interpersonal skills.
Other requirements include:
- Computer Skills: Proficient in typing and programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as campus sites.
- Customer Service: This is a strong initiative of the institute and our interactions with prospective and existing students is key to the success and future of our programs.
- Attention to Detail: When performing data processing or writing letters or other documents, the work will need to be clean and free of mistakes.
- Organizational Skills: Daily office tasks such as filing, answering phones and emails, This may include but is not limited to projects, data processing, and planning events.
Ideal candidates will be available multiple days a week Monday through Saturday, between 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
